  • If an order is cancelled by Anokhi Ada after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, offers, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers and available payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other supported methods.
  • An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping

Our shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • We provide PAN India shipping.
  • Orders of ₹1,999 or more: Free standard shipping.
  • Orders below ₹1,999: A flat ₹80 shipping charge will be added to the order.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return requests must generally be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is mandatory for eligible return or refund claims.
  • The product should be unused and returned in the required original condition and packaging.
  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 working days after the applicable inspection and approval process.
  • Certain products may be non-returnable as specified on the product page or in our Return & Refund Policy.
