To maintain transparency and avoid misuse, we have a strict return verification process. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened and should clearly show the parcel being opened, the product inside, and the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item). The video must be continuous (uncut) without any pause or edits. Without this proof, we will not be able to process your return request under any circumstances.

You can request a return only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide a clear unboxing video (uncut and original)
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The video is edited, cut, or unclear
  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product falls under hygiene-sensitive categories (such as lip care items)

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Please note that approval depends entirely on the verification of the unboxing video and the condition of the product.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be made through:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank transfer

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be free
  • If the return is requested for any other reason, shipping charges may apply
