1. How can I place an order?
Browse your desired product, click on “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and complete the payment to successfully place your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple secure payment options including:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Debit & Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable only on bulk orders. For regular orders, prepaid payment is required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within:
- 3–5 working days (metro cities)
- 5–7 working days (other locations)
4. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges may vary:
- Free shipping on selected products
- ₹70–₹100 shipping fee on others (based on location)
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email to monitor your delivery status.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video (uncut) is mandatory
- Only damaged or incorrect products are eligible
7. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return request is approved.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
